I, Adam Messer, have a new slogan, "Only technology can combat technology successfully!"... Human Trafficking has exploded with the internet... So, we need the ammo to fight back... it can be efficient and cost effective for the cause to do internet trolling with the newest developments in computer programs and software (example: finding key words on a very large scale and IP tracking) to find the buyer and seller of Trafficked people. Again, the newest programs and software, that would help collaborate in sharing with other agencies and departments to help track numbers of survivors; which, will also help with funding the cause to stop Human Trafficking.
