Hunting apartment in New York feels like the beginning of the war. Only by listen your story it feels so overwhelming, but once you find it, it's all worth it

HAHA it is overwhelming but thankfully it all worked out!!!

@@malloryelida I think you should go to NYC housing Connect 2 and apply for those apartments. It's a lottery system. Each building has his own Lottery unit. I recommend applying for apartments at least once a week . These apartments are newly constructed and it's income-based. It's easy and nd the rent is way less than what you are currently paying.

Have to say you had a decent budget already and seemingly you were OK with going above your budget too?

Hi you must be new to my channel. I’m from Missouri and yes they helped me because I don’t qualify 40x rent to get an apt in nyc. I am very transparent about that and thankful for it. No need for negativity and judgment here 👍🏻

Come to Arizona where I pay $950 a month for a huge Duplex 2 bedroom 1 bath. Huge yard. How can you guys pay that amount of money for a Tiny place like that and they look like they are a mess….

Cause it’s New York and I work in fashion 🤍 Arizona is great! Just not where I want to be right now :)

Why would anyone want to go to Arizona instead of New York !

You said you live in Arizona. Where it is like 3000 degrees and the views are culture are nil. Fast food restaurants, dilapidated strip malls etc. enjoy Arizona

If you live in Arizona with a fancy house why are you watching New York apartment tours??? Like obviously she don’t want to live there

Omg!!! I never have met anyone with this name! It’s actually my middle name after my grandmother :)
@Elidarias2 жыл бұрын
@@malloryelida I though it was your last name! So cool. It's actually not a common name even in Latin America which is where I am from. I know only like 6 people with my name. I am named after my grandma too, actually my great great grandma, I'm the 4th one in my family with this name! So cool to see my name in non hispanics!

$21,542 a month lol. The comma was off, should have been $2,542 a month! At the quoted price, makes more sense to buy the place instead of to rent it. NY is crazy expensive, but still….
