Hey dude congrats, so heads up first thing's first. I got a GS recently and some of what I experienced reflects well on Z06s also. 1) check the inside of all your wheels, take them off and thoroughly inspect them. My factory wheels were cracked and I had to get Vossens 2 months because I was starting to loose air on my tires. These cars are notorious for having very weak rigidity when it comes to their wheels. And I believe that there is a class action suit going on against GM for it. 2). Install larger coolers in the supercharger, otherwise you'll be running with what would be a naturally aspirated car due to the heat soaking Zs face. 3) Most of the restriction on the exhaust (noise wise), sits at the center X-pipe, I run a catless corsa on mine with the factory axleback and it sounds phenomenal with open valves and very nice and quite when i shut them.

Bro, I've always been a Mustang guy. Ive had a Mustang since I was 19 years old and I'm 49 years old now. Ive never really liked Corvettes, but recently they have grown on me. I think I may go test drive one to see what I think about them, but its gonna be hard to change my mind cause currently I have a procharged 760 whp Mustang, so we'll see lol

If you plan on doing ANY track events with your ZO6, get some of the cooling upgrades that were put on the 2018 ZO6's. The pre-2018 Z's were notorious for overheating during hard usage, and beware of upgrading HP with the automatic, if you plan on mods be sure to upgrade the transmission also, for drag racers the automatic has slippage issues on some cars. I do track events with my 2019 ZO6/ZO7, 7 speed manual, never an issue with temps, but a friend with a 2016 ZO6 has had many issues with temps when doing track days. Not trying to be a downer, they're great cars, but be careful when doing mods, enjoy the car.

Most likely because he let the money and the fame get to him. Corvettes are either for people having a midlife crisis or people that are trying to look rich even though they are not. He fell instead of keeping his dream car, he feels he has to be a people pleaser and move on to different projects. A real Mustang guy would never sell a gorgeous Shelby GT500 for a Corvette.
