Hey Brother Halverson. I just recently found or I should say was led to your podcast. I went all the way to the beginning of the Book of Mormon and have been listening to them in order. I want to thank you for your insights. They have been helping me get through some personal stuff and have given me a renewed motivation to dive into the scriptures again. Keep them coming and again..thank you!!

9 /11/24 Don't know if you go back and read ones that come later on I love these longer lessons ❤ Love the lessons Samuel gives ,I loved some listen and even later more listen to Samuel and I think some family members could have been separated by the words And to face death know you are living in the way God wants you and family members to be living and some family members reunite... We see these things in our lives. I'm so wanting to meet so many people, how many members feel like I do? ❤❤❤❤ 15:59

Thank you for this channel and sharing the breadth and depth of your knowledge of the holy scriptures. This is the only channel I can easily sit through regular 2 hours plus.

When you get to 3 Nephi 8, could you explore why Samuel chose to jump 400 years into the future (Mormon and Moroni), instead of 40 years (destruction at the time of the crucifixion). 400 years ago from today is back to the Pilgrims.

I don't think Samuel chose because he spoke the words that came into his heart. At least that was my understanding.

We're no different to those who were firing the arrows at Samuel if we don't follow the prophet

Could you please share where you got the "stained glass" picture of Samuel and the arrows? I absolutely love it and want to add it to my scripture journal. Thanks!!!

Love the videos! Racial issues is not an overwhelming problem in this country anymore! It seems like this is mentioned often in these videos and it is like an interruption in a conversation.

"not an overwhelming problem... anymore" according to who?😅 Is that your experience? Fortunately for you this problem only interrupts the conversation. For others, it's a problem that interrupts the peace and happiness in their lives. If there's something to be learned, let's give it a chance and fair opportunity to be learned.
