Thank you! As a tourist, I think that anytime is a good time to visit Portugal. BUT, if you are looking to move here permanently (or for a longer period of time), I would suggest avoiding the month of August. Many government buildings and other businesses are closed or have limited hours during that month to allow for employees the end of the summer!

my home is in Nazare... within walking distance to the beach..my home has a completely separate apartment which can be rented as a 2 or 5 bedroom.. ocean view from apartment living room and bathroom..bbq patio..if rented as a 5 bedroom you have access to rooftop terrace with a spectacular ocean view. I am still working on decorating and licensing which my lawyer will handle when it is ready

What does that typically cost? Once in the cities, what is parking like and cost? What are mass transit options in the area and the cities you mention. How close is the Villa to an airport. Love the villa. Great for our yearly get together we are 7 couples but probably only 4 will go to Portugal. I will forward to them asap so they can start planning. I am in central Portugal now will go to the coast at the end of our trip.
