My latest video takes us back to where I started 4 years ago - the SNP's Hate Crime Act! It's finally coming into law on April 1st, publicised by the Hate Monster and a woman who, ironically, is a senior member of an Islamic organisation that's spread anti-Semitic hate speech. Maybe she's poacher turned gamekeeper?
This is a monstrous law - there's no objective definition of "stirring up hatred", there's no private dwelling defence, it's all based on the perception of the person making the accusation and there doesn't even need to be a victim or any evidence!
And police training has explicitly stated that the hate speech may occur as part of a stage performance.
Obviously we're planning a gig in Edinburgh on April 1st - I'll see how many hate crimes I can commit.

Watching the entire clip of his speach is even worse. He gets angrier as he goes on. Ofcourse most positions are filled by white people. Scottish government figures show Scotland is a 98% white country! It would be strange if most of the top positions weren't filled by white people considering that fact. One aspect of British culture that is lost on individuals such as Humza is IRONY, There he was standing in the Scottish parliament calling every other head of Scottish society WHITE when he is the only exception! in a country where 97.5% of the population is WHITE. A clear indication that this is driven by a specific ideology is that sexism/misogyny is not even part of what counts as hate under this law. We know that reporting domestic violence leads to nothing, that police will act only after the woman has been badly injured. But you can report a 'feeling' of not getting one's gender identity affirmed in the way one wants, and the police promises to act on every single report? Rapists are almost never sentenced and get off with a year or two - but a woman speaking the truth which biological sex a person is when that is relevant may get jailed for up to 7 years? Where is any sense of reason, appropriate response, or justice here?! I guess it's no wonder, as women have been made the enemy by the radical transactivist movement over the past years... who even admit publicly (!) they will weaponize the law against any woman they dislike.
