I was the only white guy at a black birthday party and they hired a comedy team for entertainment. Ok, all black and one bald white guy. I knew I was a target and we had a blast! I had so many people give me kudos for being a good sport. It wasn't racist, it was funny. Later the comedians came up to me and told me they saw me, knew what they had to do and had concerns I'd be offended. Seriously, I'd have been offended to have been left out of it.

People need to relax and if they cannot enjoy a show then leave. In the mid/late 80's my friend and I used to go to the local comedy club and sit in the front row ... with bleached flattop haircuts. We would get singled out every single time by the comics for obvious reasons. I would always play along and the comic would get his laughs then afterwards the comic would be appreciative and gracious for my "getting it' during the show. My friend got offended once and tried to retaliate .. it didn't end well for him

Not many potential comics who DO NOT have their 10,000 hours in on stage make a living at this game. They need to have relatable material and not depend soley on working off the audience - expecially without the credentials of having those hours under their belt. Mario Adrion will not be known as comedian without hellp. He's selling "something else" that doesn't fly with general audiences. As a personal manager, producer and respected opening act for major stars, I've seen many like him - Even though he seems like a very nice guy, he has a lot to learn about one of the toughest businesses there is. My friends growing up in comedy clubs included over 100 shows opening for my friend Eddie Murphy. I was hired by Rodney Dangerfield when I was 21 as his opening act. This lasted 6 years until he became a movie star ! I've helped a number of people like Mario as a successful manager and no clients have ever left me however, I've terminated a few because a good manager can only help "the willing who listen, take direction and are dedicated." Mario is a good talker and needs solid managment. Wish him good luck from Class Shows Inc.

Know your comedians before you go to a show, so you understand the kind of material they will use. If you don't know the comedians before going, then you have to understand you might not like what you hear in which case you should leave. It always blows my mind when I see people who feel so entitled to heckle someone in this way. That is extremely uncomfortable for me as a person in the audience, and I'm sure many others feel the same way. I find people like that very threatening because people are crazy, and you never know how far a person will take their anger. The lady just sounded like a drunk idiot, but the guy was sounding pretty abrasive. Was there no security at this show? They should have been removed, so everyone else could enjoy the show. Tickets cost money, and I wouldn't want anyone to ruin my experience.
