Chris, in my opinion, is the kind of leader you want. He works to get the best out of you even if you don't like it. He doesn't hesitate to accept fault if he is wrong. He goes out of his way to better himself if he finds himself lacking. He doesn't compromise on his values and morals even if it's for a friend. He knows how to separate work and personal life. Best boss ever!

I had a platoon sergeant like that in the army. Not in the same super uppity happiness of Chris but everything else was spot on. When he left, every sergaent that came after him we noticed we were staying at work way later and not nearly enough was getting done. It was a weird stockholm syndrome where even though we hated him, we missed that he was gone because he truly did get the best out of us.

@Comedy bites please listen 🙏🙏🙏 I have realized that Roza's and Amy's Parents are actually the same type of people.... 1) Both fathers sport a ponytail and have interest much similar to their daughters.... Roza's Father liking Bikes and leather jackets, Amy's Father liking crosswords and binders..... Their behavior is also the same.... 2) Their Mothers also try to show the world that their family is respectable (in their own ways) 3) Both of the Parents were not in approval of their daughter's Partner - Jake for the Santiagos and Roza's Bisexuality for the Diaz family... 4)And in the end they both come to terms with their daughter's life , again the fathers being first.... NOW THIS IS THE ACTUAL LAZY WRITING .....

How is that lazy writing? It's literally real life symbolism. It's taking actual real life experiences and putting it into a script. It's something that actually happens all the time in many Hispanic families. I know because of a friend, whom I considered my sister, was a like her father and was gay but her mother kept insisting that she should choose a good man and settle down with him. Her mother didn't want people to know her daughter wasn't like her and wanted everything to be perfect and presentable to others but she eventually came to terms with things when her and her wife had a baby together.
