You can agree on a lot things...the sky is blue, the ocean is deep, rents too high. Big deal. It's what you disagree about and how you handle that, that defines the relationship. I don't like your friends (do you keep them or drop them?), I don't like you playing poker on Wednesday (do you stop or keep playing?), I want to buy shit we can't afford (put it on the credit card, or don't buy them?). Or my personal favorite, you spend to much time at work (work less, make less, blow the promotion, or say STFU?) So many things are easy to agree upon, but when it comes to the real things that affect your life, don't give them up or edit them out...you will be miserable in the end.

The best and most philosophical episode of Black Phillip... This part deals with the modern social contract between men and women: the man is obligated to perform his former duties under the previous social contract, whereas the woman does what she desires to do. And the more and more the guy buys into the contract the less respect the woman has for him, because she knows no matter how miserable he is, he's going to stay with her.

Dante tries too hard, that's why his show isn't doing good.. Patrice had a way of relaying his message to the regular guy, while Dante comes across pretentious- he may have good advice, but it just comes out forced.

4:56 It's painful to listen to this guy, he reminds me of my 9 year old self that spoke in constant fear of saying something that could be misinterpreted as being disrespectful, his stuttering is likely because he has 5 dialogue options poping up every time he tries to make a statement and he's trying to evaluate and select the least aggressive response 5:32 It's great that Patrice pointed this out to him. Jokes aside, I think he's probably a good guy, he just spent a little too much time around his mom or family that never allowed him to express himself without fear of punishment.
