Great build, guidance, and flights:) I get very nostalgic when looking at an older kit, especially the lively box-art. So, I have just added the Nieuport 11 to my build list. Thank you so much for posting your experience, Barry

Thank you! Yes the old kits give that Christmas morning feeling, I don't even care how bad they are! Remember, a kit is just sticks and a plan. This ones not much of a flyer so I recommend the larger Guillows model, comes with some plastic parts. Also this kit may be hard to find as they haven't made them in 30 years. Good Luck and Cheers!

Nice looking model, I built the Guillows Nieuport several years ago. Same issue, tail-heavy...but it makes a great looking model also. I ended up uncovering the aft half of the fuselage and sanding down the stringers and flying surfaces, it helped considerably. Good luck!

That flew way better than my SE5 I built as a kid. It’s not going to fly like a Sparky. Looks good.

Yes, I didn't think it was ever going to be a flight champion! I'm happy with the results, frankly I never thought I'd finish it! Thank you, Cheers!

Haaaa! Part 1 0 Shmeven? !!!! The Amish space program never herd of it! No, but seriously, no, never , and never will. The FAA can go fly a kite. In any case I stopped flying RC just because of 107 and the weaponization of the hobby, I want no parts of that, I coulda been a high paid RPV pilot, I've even been offered a position at DARPA, but I ain't playing with these bastards. Cheeers Cillicia!

I built this kit when I was a kid in the sixties. It didn't look nearly as nice as yours. I never tried to fly it and it set on the shelf with my plastic models.
