I am so grateful that you were blessed with parents and friends who had your back when you came out. I'm now 72 but a childhood friend of mine told her parents (when she was in med school) and they disowned her and forbid her from having any contact with her siblings. Linda went back home, wouldn't talk to her roommate, but committed suicide the next morning. Love is a magical thing and not something everyone finds so why be so narrow-minded that you can't worry about someone's personality instead of who they love.

That's what I did! Shaved down my aesthetic to the bare bones then started letting my personality start choosing pieces. Then your whole wardrobe still has that hardy aesthetic base but then your personality adds all these more unique pieces that makes a wardrobe very personal. I think streamlining at first made it easier to figure out what you like and don't like.

I came out on facebook to tell literally everyone at once, i was too nervous to face my family and say it in person so I figured telling literally everyone in my life at once would be easier and my mum came in my room the next morning crying and gave me a hug and my experience was so so positive if anyones watching this video because theyre worried, just remember to take your time and that nobody HAS to know, theres no pressure to come out but if youre ready just go for it! the world is becoming more and more accepting so it should be okay but i wish u the best of luck ❤️ + btw once i came out i felt so much more free and open and ive started wearing nail polish and like, my life just kinda improved as a whole i guess but yeah if you need to speak to someone about it, theres so many people online with similar experience that can give you tips and share their own stories ❤️

So cute because I pretty much did the same thing with my son. I would always hint at how I was completely okay with him being gay, without saying I knew he was. He finally came out to me in his senior year of high school. I LOVE my son, no matter what. Sending lots of love out to all those who don’t have understanding parents. You are loved.♥️

I’m 14 And I think I’m gay. But I’m scared. Like really scared. All my life I feel like I have been pushed by my parents, family, my peers and society to be straight. I’ve been told that it’s not normal to be anything other than straight. But as time went on I began to notice that I was starting to have feelings for boys instead of girls. I kept shaking off the feeling but it kept getting stronger. I now realize after all this time that I might be gay. But I am scared to death that I am gay.
