The main WotR box set is plastic. These are additional character models for this new line, hence resin, which is common in previous LoTR universe lines.

I know the current and previous editions of MESBG were at a smaller scale, but has anything been said about the upcoming edition's scaling? We know GW like to encourage repurchasing of past collections, so wouldn't it be more likely that the miniatures to come will be larger?

from what i've read, the scale for MESBG is limited in size. part of the contract is that GW cannot produce the larger scale minis. so while we might see a bit of size creep, the scale will stay the same.

I was really interested in these three. But I immediately lost interest when it said they were in resin. I feel like having models in resin hurts the interest for those models. I don’t understand why games workshop is still using resin.
