Esther it is SO nice to see your beautiful face! The fact that you have come on here, humble and so open, shows you are so strong. Depression is horrible, it literally sucks the life out of you... it attacks the most strongest people and does not discrimate who or what it could attack... but I believe God has a greater plan... there is NO WAY we were going to hear any news of Esther has taken her life, I mean God forbiddddddd! Debbie Crown I totally agree and understand. I dealt with it as well. There are so many who suffer from depression and anxiety with no where to turn. I've noticed a common thing with depression. Been through it myself too. When we focus too much on this world, compare our path to others, compare what we own to others, how far we have come in life etc., then this gives us a mental disease. But when we connect to god, trust in him, trust in his plan for us and focus on being a good person, doing good deeds and the hereafter (when life ends), then it seems to help us get out of this mental disease of emptiness and unhappiness. I am a muslim myself, but we believe in the same god, and therefore I can only say stay close to god everyone! Everything comes and goes but god is always there. lovelychi When I tried to talk to my friends about my suicide throught they did not understand me but they judged me by calling me selfish. Saying to me that people are in poor countries are suffering more than me. So I had no reason to complain.

Naya Gabriel exactlyyy that's why I never shared my emotions to friends. Don't want to be judged or a burden. Then I realized that if I can't be open and honest with those I consider friends then they don't deserve my friendship. Pls never feel like u r a burden or wrong for your emotions like I did. Lord knows I'm dealing with some deep depression.... spending Christmas in my room asleep while my family was downstairs launching...life so bleak....I don't know what to do or think anymore...and I have no one to talk to or vent to because I'm deemed a strong person....I'm on my own crying for the light to come....feels good to know I'm not alone

You are the Apple of God's eyes!!!! You will make it. My problem is with fake prophets in Africa and carribean, speaking evil covenants over people's lives, which dis aligns them from God's plans, for a period or until death. Which causes turbulence. YOU'RE BLESSED

This was a very touching video, I shed a solitary tear when you said 'to just hold on', it was encouraging. I can relate SO much to this video (unfortunately), I myself suffering with depression, low self-esteem and anxiety and it's so friggen hard, I realised watching this video that i still don't feel as though I have clarity in my vision, or really see a future for myself, that I feel empty when I think about God loving me, and I also feel worthless and purposeless. Wow!! This was really brave of you Esther. I find journalling, having sticky notes around the house with verses and my goals, as well as exercising/some sport activities help me to stay focus.
