The more I watch the more sure that Crim is the real hero, or maybe the Anti hero of the group. Yes, his cards can be miserable, but I find he's more supportive of people popping off, less whiny about bad beats and happily takes the villain/arch enemy role regardless of his actual position.

I find him super whiny when people are deciding who to hit. He says "legitimately" way too much and when someone says he's a threat, he asks "What am I gonna do?" As if he isn't playing magic or something. I'm glad we're getting a season off but I do like his play.

To be fair, Velomachus Lorehold is probably the least interesting Lorehold commander from Strixhaven, so I’d save playing a Lorehold deck for a different week is comparatively boring compared to

Imo, Lorehold is the least powerful of the Strixhaven Elder Dragons and the 7 Mana casting cost doesn't help justify playing it in the Command Zone. With that said, it's definitely an auto include in Feather decks.

Seth playing as archenemy the entire game and still winning in such a dominant fashion is one of the biggest flexes I’ve ever seen. I would say that Beledros looks busted but honestly I’m not sure if Beledros was even necessary

Also, when Seth cast New Frontiers, Tomer couldn’t get ALL of his basics because he had more than 19 left in his deck. He revealed at the beginning that he had like 25 basics in his deck and he only had 2 or 3 on the field when New Frontiers was cast for 19.

Not at all wrong. 3 players can answer the 1/3 in commander a lot easier than one player can in heads up brawl. Espicially if the player with it has protection. Also the point of playing commander is to use your commander so yeah it's the creatures fault.

Strixhaven had 4 innovative flavor designs and 4 innovative mechanical designs. Prismari kinda fell into classic ravnica mechanics and Witherbloom into classic ravnica flavor.

I think they did great with the school, but Galazeth is "poorly" designed in that regard, prismari theme and magecraft were designed for big splashy and expensive spells, but Galazeth fits too much into spellslinger/izzet

Zendikar Resurgent produces the additional mana, not the land. So Nyxbloom only triples the land to 3 mana and then zendikar adds 1 additional.

I adore Seth's deck but his plays during the worst fears turn hurt my soul. Couldve frontiers for one to get crim a black source then wrecked his board and saved the trophy. Also might have personally tutored the wildest dreams to get the tutors and card draw back next turn or just torment. You KNOW twitch chat ALWAYS calls for blood so hail fire was definitely tthe answer lmao. Still quite a fun episode!!

He couldnt cast ravenform, he foretold ravenform and with dranith magistrate on the field opponents cant cast anything outside their hands (a foretold card is cast from exile)

@@kristopherwatts9466 Lets just say that Flash Sylvan Primordial was a VERY common occurrence lol, and basically ended the game on the spot. Not to mention Bribery for opponents Sylvan Primordial, Reanimate on Sylvan Primordial..... It was pretty gross lol. Hes basically a 6-for-1 on an ETB.

I honestly feel like Richard is looking at it through a cEDH lens, and Tomer is basing things off of current cards in the meta and their powet level... while not realizing just how impactful these cards are. The univers is around 13,7 x 10^9 years old (we say 13billion). Seth Nyxbloom Ancient had 3,5 x 10^14 power. That means, if this was an magical Nyxbloom, which would create for each 1 point of attack damage, 1 year of an hole universe, Seth would have createt 27000 Universes like ours (with all an age of 13billion years...) and sorry for the german english xD
