2:01 - 2:03 I will always argue that these two seconds are the greatest in the history of action films. Strongly departing from the whole film, these two seconds of calm. The music proclaims the beginning of his non-stop actions, although in essence these two seconds he cannot do anything while in the elevator. His look is nowhere, as if he is scrolling through his plan in his head again, just in case, but only one thought disturbs him - about his daughter. We see that Commando is like a machine with one single goal, but this goal is humane - his daughter, for whom he is ready to do everything and give his life. But as few people can play just silently with one glance without movements. I admire Arnold Schwarzenegger for these two seconds.

Either the Hero (Arnold) might be worrying about his daughter or he was feeling the impossibility of escaping from running flight though he had plans to escape before take off. You could notice the Hero's (Arnold) face when the opening door is closed by the Air hostess between 0.35-0.40 min Director only knows what he thought

I didn’t remembered which film except actor was Arnold. I thought it was Barbarian but I found this video is Commander. Thanks.

After seeing these movies as a kid and teenager, I always wondered where that little elevator (going down to the cargo-hold) was located on the DC-10s and Boeing-747 aircrafts? I was always so disappointed when traveling by any of those larger jets and never seeing that elevator appearing in the cabin.😂🤣

Yeah, it's really a "trolley elevator", DC-10's and L1011's had them to carry food trolleys from the lower galley up to the passenger level. They probably went away when flights went to just basic drinks and snacks.
