I think this video is fabulous. I am teaching a class on HOA's and want to embed it into a power point presentation. It keeps coming up that an error occurred. Any suggestions?

At one point, at about 19:30 into the video, it seems to jump from the Treasurers Report to the Auditor's report. And the commentators comment then don't make sense to me.

@@josephwest6373Thank you for replying. So what is the difference between a Treasure's report and an Auditor's report? And is a an audit required every year?

@@trod1952 Treasurers report is usually current fiscal year to date, prepared by the Treasurer or the management company accounting dept. Audit is done by an independent CPA reviewing and checking the past year's financials. A "check" on the system. Generally not required annually but some variation is good business practice. Apparently you didn't see the rude white lady shaking her fist about a pothole for example. I feel sorry for you for looking at everything like it is racist. Until people like you actually see people and not obsess on color, the world will be divided.
