I have spectrum WiFi and it is very dependable. They keep raising the cost . I pay $97.00 a month after being a customer for over twenty years. It’s going to go higher soon. They have competition now with WOW cable. They had a monopoly until WOW started servicing our area.

BTW: spectrum also sells cable TV. Better off buying a Samsung Smart Tv. The model year of my Samsung came with TVPLUS. It streams over 435 channels free 24/7. Just add outdoor antenna for local tv channels . People are paying hundreds of dollars for cable tv here in Florida from spectrum

I think the place in Fort Clark Springs is perfect. A bit more isolated than your other two homes there, so not a lot of neighbors under your nose. Keep your two places and travel in your class c as the urge occurs. That's a great set up and seems to suit you well.
