Is it relevant if I write some of the facts of these terms in a contract law paper not commercial law paper as it seems to me relavance is a more important part of discussion than more than what you know about the law as the examiner might only want to see you analyse it not memorizing? Well it does help a bit in my point of view as the more you write you might or might not impress the examiner in some way too. It's a matter of knowledge and not how much you know? Thank you.

the next video? there is no next video after this, despite the ending implying that there shall be one. you missed out on international sale contracts and documentary credits too. Good videos though, offer a decent revision package to an extent.
