How many hours do you have on your Ferris walk behinds

LIke you...ive ran and a cpl exmark commercial walk behinds for years. Mine is a 36 viking, and a metro 32. Been considering a new mower which might be a ferris ZTR. In looking thru some of your vids....id swear you have more problems with the Ferris mowers. Are you finding they arent as reliable as the exmarks, or are you pretty happy with them overall? I really want to get a 2100 ZTR as an upgrade. thx

We no longer buy exmarks because two of them spent 10 months in the shop of the first 12 months we owned them. Exmark does not stand behind their products. We are running 3 ferris mowers bought in 2016 and the only problem we had was the hydro gear ZT-2800,3100 transmission on one,.and unfortunately almost every brand mower uses hydro gear transmissions, so that could happen with any of them. Plus the newer ferris mowers cut twice as clean as our exmarks, we always have to double cut with the exmarks no matter how little growth their was, but the ferris mowers can surprisingly get away on decent growth yards with a single cut.
