S&G is being set-up to fail. They are literally only given a few days to dig up the old material, install new material, compact, setting, and pave. That's ridiculous. Look how long it's taking CHEC to do Pamphret (five months already).

Another dry eye robbery 😢, what are the specifications for a Primary road? They need to Google the cross section of a Primary road and follow specifications and details because this one inch of asphalt cannot work 😢 it's not going to work 😢, why citizens sit and allow these men to put only one layer of asphalt on the sections that are being redone 😮😮,

Most of what they did before was two layers of asphalt but is a result of the faulty base why it had to be do over and now what they are doing over is even worst because it is only ONE LAYER of asphalt is being laid through out the entire repaving and that's nonsense 😢

The explanation that China Harbor will redo, at their own expense and at no cost to taxpayers, areas of pavings that were poorly done might only be casting wool over sheep's (the punlic's) eyes. Consider this: If China Harbor is again paying to redo jobs that the company had already gotten payment for, and Gov remains an active source of income for China Harbor, what's there to prevent China Harbor from using this same source of income (taxpayers monies) to cover the expense involve to redo those jobs? We, taxpayers, usually exhibit short memories, and so no one usually follows up to verify Gov's explanation.

@@howard665 there is a defect’s liability contract in places where any issue arises during and after road is handed over to government of Jamaica 🇯🇲 for maximum period of 3 years ..
