It's a konjac sponge, it goes smooth under the water, you use it to clean you face daily, its help make a very very light exfoliation. The black one is impregnated of charocal, which is excellent for acnea and dark spot. I use it daily even with my super sensitive skin, it work great !! it makes your skin brighter :)

Not that you need anyone's opinion but can only say if the house speaks to you go for it. Prices will only get higher. The renovated 1800's house sounds fabulous. Invest in your future.Don't wait because it will probably not be any easier.

It's a konjac sponge, it's made from the roots of a Japanese tree. I use mine everyday, it's supposed to clean and esfoliate your skin very gently without having to use any products :) it's also vegan and biodegradable, usually lasts about a year or so before starting to degrade naturally.

With reference to looking for places to live, where I live on the south coast of England the prices have sky rocketed since the pandemic. If I wanted to move in the same area I can’t afford to now. I’ll have to move right out of this area to get value for money which is such a shame (but if I found a wonderful house then I could be convinced!). Good luck with your house hunting ☺️

That house is perfect for you! It is bright and looks like such a happy home. You would be able to have wonderful gardens too. A house like that where I live in the US would cost almost $1,000,000. If you can afford it get it. The prices will only keep going up. Do what is the best for you, don’t just settle because of anyone else.

The house is amazing with potential to live, house your business, maybe airbnb as well. You get to live your dream but also diversify your income in so many ways. This reminds me of stephanie in the chateau diaries. She started young, camped out in unfinished portions of a chateau and now she is finally seeing the rewards in her 40s with an amazing place and support from so many people.

I say go for the house!!!☺ That is a sponge. Wet it and dab a little shower gel on it and smoosh it around. It conserves your gel and exfoliates your skin. Also, I just watched A Castle for Christmas on Netflix. The main character is named Sophie! It isn't a blockbuster but, cute and something wholesome for the background that you don't have to focus 100% on. Lovely video, as usual.💛
