I had no idea about multiple ground rods and my older charger doesn't say anything about joules, just that it is 110 vt. 60 Hz Ac low impedance, so I'll have to calculate a conversion before electrifying my garden to keep out the (beautiful) large rats on steroids I hate 'em.
