In a previous video we saw couples who don't have babies when they need to come to treatment at what condition they need to come to treatment.
In this video we gonna see for what reasons u will get infertility
Mainly we see 40% are female and 40% are male and 10% are combined another 10% are unexplained reasons comes under this treatment
So mainly 40% female, which are the reasons they undergo are like the egg production will be there but it has not released or it has not grown property in this condition it leads to infertility.
How to know about ovulatory dysfunction are usually they have irregular cycles as i already said about the cycles if that cycles exceed more than 2 to 3 months usually it is said as irregular periods and even flow will be less these type of condition leads to infertility.
Mostly in the day today life of irregular cycles leads to PCOD and many people are affected by that are almost 30%. Usually spontaneous consumption rates in pcod are 20 to 30 %. And 30% of that will be provided assisted treatment which helps them to conceive.
When it comes to PCOS, they might be receiving treatment already or they might not be aware of the symptoms and they have undergone the treatment. Usually we look at the body weight BMi more than 30 is considered as obese patient, other than that they might have hormonal issues like facial hair and even sometimes they might detect as diabetic where HBA1C will be altered as they will be in pre diabetic stage and these leads to infertility
If there is no Ovulatory dysfunction it might be cue to uterine factors, if there is any problem in the uterine it may lead to infertility. If we see in uterus, fibroids will be like benign condition, these fibroids depends size and usually big fibroids in endometrial cavity is removed when it is more than 5 cm and further called for treatment. If there is small fibroids which changed the size due that there will be less flow so due this the shape is also important, if shape altered or flow is less then baby growth will be difficult then at that point we need to get the treatment.
Ovarian cyst or torsion will also be the reason for infertility. Inside the Endometrium is known as polyps, this polyps are grown due to hormonal imbalance, we will see the size of the polyp if it is less than 1 cm it will go under menstruation or if that size is bigger and it is creating problem in uterine means we need to remove them out and we will place a band because of that there will no chance of fetus, and there will chance of misscarge. These are the reasons for infertility.
Next is the uterus shape, usually it must be in a triangular shape, sometimes we septate the uterus which creates two cavities. In a normal uterus we can try treatment but when it comes to septate uterus the growth of the baby will be upto few months due to that baby will not receive blood and there are high chances of miscarriage. Next is a double cavity uterus if detected need to get treatment faster. And these are the reasons for infertility.
