Well done great combination. If i may i just want to ask about radio-frequency ablation, how is it done and how it causes removal of the lesion. Thank you very much

Thanks for leaving a comment. I'm not sure about radio-frequency ablation - I will make a note to take a look and see what I can come up with. My basic understanding is that transmitting radiofrequency current creates heat in a localised area, which kills the cells in that area.

I have a small insideump on the bottom of foot in the arch . Just at the surface is a very tiny blood blister . It hurts to walk. I wonder what it is as I am sure its not a sli ver

Actually plantar fasciitis does not have inflammation associated with it. It is the only condition with -itis in its name that doesn’t have inflammatory response. The NICE guidelines define the condition as “persistent pain associated with chronic degenerative and reparative processes affecting the origin of the plantar fascia and surrounding peri-fascial surfaces” - not inflammatory.
