May be reduced the time to explain for the two sentences just as teperary action at present moment verb plus ing and as permanent work v1 only and present simple we can use for future events which fixed time to act like PM arrives Chennai tomorrow..

I am studying B.Sc now is correct. It is better to use the word 'Now" to emphasize that at present (not permanently) you are studying B.Sc. and next year you may study M.Sc. Studying B.Sc is not permanent. I work in a Bank. It means it is your permanent job; you are not sitting in the bank temporarily.
