Common mistakes by the diabetic patients which may be lethal include
1. Eating too much carbs
2. Artificial sweetener
3. Poor life style and depending on only medicine for suagr level management
These are very common mistakes. Eating wheat, refined wheat and bakery products without proper protein and fiber results is sharp rise in sugar level
A vast majority of Pakistani population is suffering from diabetes, heart diseases, cholesterol and digestion diseases, lake of exercise, fragment use of bakery items, starch and white wheat flour at domestic level are among the major reasons. On the basis of latest research VIRSA has introduced a multigrain flour as a solution. VIRSA Multigrain Flour provides natural proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, herbs and other most required nutritional and medicinal ingredients from natural vegetative source of nine ingredients, e.g. whole grains of Wheat, Millet, Oats, Quinoa, Moringa, Flaxseed, etc. Multigrain Flour is a blend of traditional wisdom and modern research that helps regulating digestive system. Very good. I did everything but nothing worked😢 . What worked for me was intermittent fasting . Just skip lunch . Before I walked 10,000 steps per day , ate all healthy food like you said . But I think my quantity was large . Fasting helps much faster . Struggle with weight ends with fasting at older age above 50. My walk and healthy food I kept but only change I did was fasting . Skip one meal . If you eat too much . Nothing will work listen to me .

At the minute 17.02 The logo of Virsa flower showed Manufactered under with wrong spelling of Punjab as "Pubjab". Not sure why a licensing authority will make an obvious error, anyways, good video but, Diabetes is a consequence of many ailments and its resolution is complex, you can feed people the best food, but there is an environmental and evolutional factor somewhere. I think all disease have a few common causes and a selective method for the cure. Of course humans require proper diet but diet is a need not a cure, cure for a disease requires individual assessment and more basic level control based on lifestyle. A common error does not mean it will lead to complication but a complication may require additional control, for instance activity substitution to incorporate more exercise as a part of normal routine and rewarding for the use of less starchy foods, like if someone can eat a fish for breakfast, they get one free at dinner with a small pastry made with artificial sugar and nuts. You cannot tell people to stop avoiding more accessible methods or it will get worse, there needs to be a slow integration for everyone, as a personal or directed initiative.
