Nobody really pronounces 呢 as "ni" though in HK, which in itself is confusing for students. 呢個星期 and 今星期 is my usual confusion.

yes the jyutping of 呢 (ni )and 嚟 (lai)are not common to hear nowadays . I prefer to pronounce them into nei/lei and lei. there should be 個 for 今星期 今個星期
