Wonderful lesson. 谢谢。广东话有意思的。They are useful adverbs but not necessarily basic. Basic can be a misleading word and can suggest a lower level, for example, basic, intermediate or advanced. Those useful adverbs are sometimes common to use and not necessarily basic, in other words, they may be used in advanced sentences, it depends.

Love your lessons, extra thanks for the sample sentences 🙂 One question: the word just "zing6"(hai6) could I use in sentences like, "I just wanted to help you, didn't expect though the result will disappoint you." Or "I am just kidding " Thanks in advance for your help.

🤗the same to you. in the sentence of "I just wanted to help you."you can use zing hai or zi bat gwo. but "I am just kidding "is a different catch phrase. we can say "ngo gong siu zaa"
