Mostly just sugar and small collagen percentage, but Dr. Youn in an interview, I forgot which one I think you can search in youtube, to consume hydrolized collagen peptide. In that interview he also said that, he sells it so probably you can find it on his store? But please do search that interview first and watch the whole section.

@@LisaGrisham examples of seed oils include soybean, canola, sunflower and corn oils, there are others Seed oils are not healthy oils, opt for avocado and olive oils, as well as butter instead!🙂

@@ItIsYourMom Thank you for responding so fast. I really appreciate it. However, I eat a plant based diet and that includes, unsalted organic nuts and seeds every single morning. Sunflower seeds are included in my diet, I was advised to include them. So, is Dr. Youn saying that that is not the correct thing to do? I take my nutritional value seriously, am I to stop eating them? Thank you!
