Even though i am from Romania, your examples and advices are so applicable that i passed with ZERO penalties. Here in my country, when you indicate early to communicate that you want to merge to his lane, for some reason, they will magically accelerate to deny you the space. I still do it out of courtesy and safety, but drivers here will make it more difficult for you if you do so.

Same in California, the example at 1:50 is pretty much how you're expected to merge to avoid people cutting you off.

In Israel we have a big problem with turning signals. Some 30-50% drivers just don't use them, or use them too late, when already on a new lane(what's the purpose, for god sake??). Need more driving education and more traffic police.

When I drive Back of me is honking even I turn the flasher left I got almost hit another vehicle because of him.

Flashers!!! No.. Sorry. I didn't understand what you're trying to say but not "Flasher" All manufacturers handbooks clearly state "Indicators" because whenever you manoeuvre your vehicle you use your "Indicators". Therefore you should " indicate" to other road users what you're doing as well as pedestrians. You "Flash" headlamps You use your "Indicators" to indicate. Hazard lights are also used to "Indicate" to other road users there is a potential hazard ahead and you are slowing or stopping. Not Flashing.. Sorry
