Words, how you word things makes a huge difference for me. I have been looking for words to help. I was having a conversation about trouble not following through or being overwhelmed with projects/ tasks...I used " Deadline" and I swallowed it back, said " No no no, I need another word, new word." It's the anxiety right.......well it's " Target" I can do " Target" I can own it with a ( f-YA! )Positive , capable ,assertive , I'm the person....that's what (target) gives me. The other (deadline) is scary, daunting, anxiety driven and wrought with past feeling of failure to follow through....it was a flick switch on moment and wow it's bright out there!â¤ðŸŒŸðŸ˜ŽðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ’¥

I think you may have forgotten one! I work with a really short 4 ft young women and she is very sensitive about short jokes. Sometimes we assume they know they are cute and darling but it is something they have to deal with daily and she made it very clear it's not funny to her. Something you may not think about and is inappropriate at work or really anywhere.

Okay Senior Wizard, what do women say when they are patted on the butt, their breasts are brushed against while the guy (boss) is saying 'excuse me' or the men make remarks on their personal appearance?

I have a couple videos on this type of thing; check out my YT channel. Obviously none of this should be tolerated; you should be putting a spotlight on the behavior and shutting it down immediately. Again, check out my channel. If this is happening to you often and by different people--you have to begin by determining if you're rewarding the behavior rather than putting a stop to it. For example, are you smiling as though you enjoy flirtation? Or are you saying "What have I done that would lead you to think I would find your conduct acceptable? Your behavior is not acceptable and if you engage in it one more time I will document it and take it to HR." (I don't believe in running to HR, but what you are describing is blatant and serious. It is not just an interpersonal squabble.). Again--check out my channel.

Pretty good. Although you also entered into dehumanizing and ageist coupled with possibly offensive jokes and religious beliefs. While offensive jokes is not appropriate and religious beliefs shouldn't be permissible in the workplace beyond personal opinion when you pair them with two taglines that suddenly create a broad summation of people you are then in and of yourself creating a barrier and communication. Because you just now presented labels that in and of themselves can be offensive against someone's personal views and can claim a misunderstanding with a label rather than a proper communication to deconflict. Just as branding someone with a tag they may not approve of creates a negative perception and can devalue you further in the conversation. Especially since the trend in recent years has been to use labels and taglines rather than effective communication. Especially if you cannot appropriately defend the logical argument with those labels. Rather than ageist, perhaps say, "from a modern perspective or my perspective that is not in keeping with current times and trends of acceptable behavior". That creates an open dialog rather than a label an attempting to sound better or that you do not have flaws as well.

Words can not make people feel stupid
@TheWizardOfWords

Do you think words can make you LOOK more or less professional? In re words making people feel stupid--whereas that has nothing to do with this particular video, I might suggest something on a personal note. Words can make people feel stupid, so we should choose them carefully. Ask a child whose parent has just berated them--by calling them stupid.
