It's pretty good. I like the dialogue. Sounds like something the British revolutionary might have said. However, it lacks Christopher Lee's passion. The voice is too calm to be giving this kind of speech to a crowd.

Interesting premise, how much of the British Royal Family actually was killed considering it’s pretty rare for them to all be in one place at once, especially Buckingham Palace. Also who is Princess Victoria? Is she suppose to be an alternate daughter of George V or another member of the family?

yes, She's an alternate daughter of King George V. How the Royal Family were manuevered all into the palace for this moment would be explained later on in the story but Princess Victoria would have that tried and tested story arc of reclaiming the throne from usurpers but with some 20th century twists.
