Personally I love the Dark of the Moon Megatron design the most. Because I actually think that he had much more character in that film than what he did in the first 2 live-action Transformers films because despite his screen time, he actually resisted the harming of a human while that would've been his intention if he wasn't reminded of the consequences he has to face if he just let Sentinel Prime control him when they eventually got to Cybertron because he is a figure of much higher power and durability than of Megatron himself. So personally, I love Dark of the Moon Megatron the most, no questions asked. Just my opinion.

Megatron design from ROTF is still my favourite live action Megatron design of all time. I love it way more than his design from The Last Knight which used to be my favourite but ROTF takes the cake as the most badass and coolest Megatron design from the movies. Maybe next to his Bumblebee Movie design which was cut from the movie. Plus I bought his Studio Series figure and I have so much fun messed it around and battled with my Battle Blades Optimus Prime.
