Completely new to mtg but my friend had a draft so I made a plain/mountain deck with adult gold dragon and unicorns. Unicorns get a + 1/1 every time I gain life so when the adult dragon attacks with lifelink my unicorns gets stronger. For my first ever deck build I sure won 4/5 games 😂

Awesome Deck and video! I just have 1 thought: If you ran snow lands for 2 copies of Faceless Haven, you can have a Dragon Land with power 4 for Dragon's Fire. Also allows you to run Frost Bite instead of Hole or Rip Apart, which might be better.
@jessiequema24943 жыл бұрын
Rip Apart and Portable Hole is a good card since it can take out classes

I just threw together a RW dragon deck, and it's a blast. Big dragons, bunch of removal, treasure tokens, search ability, even threw in that burn learn spell for lesson cards. Fun stuff.

When you choose a dragon with dragons breath, and the dragon dies you still deal X Damage, since you already CHOSE the dragon. It happened to me today.

If you choose to show a dragon you’re first picking the target that takes the damage, then you reveal from hand or choose the dragon on the field :)

Same thing happpened to me the other day. I can't remember 100% exactly, but I do remember the UI telling me twice to select a dragon so I thought maybe it didn't go through initially, but that second selection jus killed my dragon lol. So maybe the text is bugged?

A win rate is kinda pointless if it is the play queue
@MegaJesseman3 жыл бұрын
My win rate basically consists of how many times I don't run into an elf, mono-white life gain, goblin, or control deck.

Thanks! I tried to build mardu dragons deck using such nice cards as Kalain and Ebondeath. And of course goldspan and agult gold dragons. I like interaction between goldspan dragon and kalain a lot. And i find rip apart very useful also I will try this one too, two colors faces less mana colors problems. By the way, what do you think is better in standard 2022 for 3-color deck: use pathways or snarls? Snarls fix mana better, but it is mote difficult to use two-sided lands

Anyone else notice that Nadaar ends up in hand 2 or 3 times a match? I feel like the algorithm with him is weird

Don't ever copy popular decks. You'll get ideas and can reform them in your own way. That's how we learn. I've tried with dragon arches.

It's good for dealing with board wipes. It's more difficult to get rid of than a regular creature, since it only becomes a creature at your request. Similar to why things like Crawling Barrens are as good as they are. While they can be removed, they are not as easy to remove, since creatures are the easiest thing to remove and artifacts and lands are two of the most difficult things to remove. If your Mimic is currently an artifact and someone uses something like Doomskar, you can at least essentially still have a way to block and attack with proper prediction. It's not the most powerful thing out there, but it isn't terrible either. It's still remotely worth using.
@PitFighterPlus3 жыл бұрын
@@MegaJesseman This. The Mimic is great if you're going anti-Control cause it makes all their boardwipes worse and forces them to have things like Soul Shatter or targeted removal and save to respond on your attack. Also its emergency ramp. :P

Uninstalled arena. After playing Magic for 24 years, THE WORST MATCHMAKING in any game I've ever played. Don't bother with arena unless you have hundreds of dollars every month to spend on a game. Worse than EA when it comes to pay to win extortion of fans.

they are scooping to it because the dungeon part takes to dam long (just another rope)... and your in "play" so no one cares..
