COMPANIONS UPDATE! Blaspheme Assassin NERF Cold Iron Warrior BUFF Support/Healers - Neverwinter M25

CM posted on forums news about one more pass on the changes in neverwinter mod 25 regarding companions and they ask for a feedback ofc.
Blaspheme Assasin is gonna get a nerfbat and some like cold iron warrior and angel of protection buffs.
There will also be work on starter companions and also support companions!

All striker companions since they changed combat advantage mod 16 have a hard time staying there when you get it. Instead mostly they come right back to your side which was combat advantage pre mod 16

I know it gets frustrating, but sometimes you have to play to have fun. But, my biggest complaint is getting players to finish the dungeons. I go through this every day. Hard to complete the battle pass.

does the lightning enchantment on the babar work for you? I get the 7.5 crit hit value and no accuracy but I only get 500 ticks for a critical hit

Uhm it works i get both accuracy and critical percentate, and hits are very low as it`s only 15 magnitute yes. Cheers

Thanks for the video. My main usually uses a paranoid delusion and after the update I see a difference I think I preferred it before BUT the difference is minimal. They say it was buffed but I used it mostly for SP/Mobs before and it was amazing. Now it's not quite as good with that but a bit better with single target stuff.

It seems like they nerf or do slight improvements to companions and increase damage to enemies how do you get ahead i have seen very few doing lockdowns

Dunno, i hope they know what they r doing. ANd i don`t do lockdowns i buy what i need for ad, i aint got time to run encounters all day, especially trolly ones like drider bosses. Cheers

A better Cold Iron Warrior would be good. I remember when he was #1 for Single Target damage. Now, he is labelled as "Mixed" and listed at #159 out of 198 companions. But I suppose if he has not been tinkered with yet, they couldn't make him worse! Out of my Mythic companions on my Healer Cleric, the best I have for Single Target is the Wolf (11th in rank). But not sure what to use for AoE on Mobs between bosses. Could be Cambion Magus, Cold Iron Warrior, Corbin the Venereal or Xuna, unless I upgrade my blue Air Archon. But I'll get a couple of Companions of the Hall crates when they are next on Zen Market, as I sold them all for a huge prophet before realising I wanted Regis for my Tank. And now Regis is one of the best AoE Mob Mashers! Cheers, thanks for the video and the link. {:o:O:}

Glad they're reworking cold iron, I tested him right away when the patch and his damage was horrible. Hopefully they give him some of his dmg back.

Should I use abyssal chicken or wayward wizard for aoe? Been trying them both out and can’t tell who’s better

Well both are solid even after heavy Wayward wizard nerf. Chicken i like because of the very fast swarm attack that has been buffed, so it will quickly do solid damage on all enemies and by that time you can already start damaging them and it`s a fast clear. Something like regis instant AOE attack in all directions. Cheers
