Great video Lee! Love these comparisons. I have the Sony FE 50mm. I agree with your points on it. It doesn't have that metal feel, it does feel a bit cheap to me, but once I got used to it I thought it gave some great images for a budget lens. Great bokeh and fast. I've not used it for any video so I will take your word on the noise issue. Always an interesting comparison in these videos! Have a great weekend and stay safe out there!!

pc3photos yeah it does have that cheap feel to it but it does feel solidly built n the image you get is really good. Yeah the noise is definitely noticeable but editing helps get rid of it lol. Thank you Paul you have a great weekend as well!

Great comparison and review I actually dont know much about cameras so glad I found your channel for these types of videos. I would said sigma for me for build quality. But honestly they both looked great.

Big Air Photo and Film thank you mike n yeah there’s no comparison when it comes to build quality n I agree the focal length on the sigma is one I’ll use more often the Sony to me is more of a specialty lens that I won’t use as much but I’m still glad I have it in my kit. I’d probably go with the sigma it has a little wider aperture at 1.4 vs 1.8 with the Sony
