I love edamames, but never had such limited area's and limited season's special edamames in my life. I personally eat edamames just like you prepared in this video, but one of popular dish I provide to my clients is edamame bisque. That Edamame Happy Turn looks and sounds great. I re-acknowledged all the rice products and edamame products even snacks in Niigara are very worth(must) to try in my life. Oh, somehow, I sensed and predicted you will say "I rap"😅

My grandfather told me that edamame was originally planted to improve the soil when the fields and rice paddies were being cultivated. Leguminous plants can easily symbiose with rhizobium bacteria, which can convert nitrogen in the air into ammonia (nitrogen fixation). They accumulate a large amount of nitrogen in their leaves and roots, and can be expected to be effective as nitrogen fertilizer, and also contain a large amount of potash. The farmers who grow edamame naturally know the best way to eat them, and they boil a drum full of water right next to the field before harvesting them and boil them right away. The reason for this is that the deterioration of edamame begins the moment it is removed from the branch, and the taste deteriorates as time goes by. The best way to eat edamame, my grandfather learned from a farmer, is to put edamame in boiling water and boil it for 3 minutes after it comes to a boil again. Drain the boiled edamame in a colander, put them in a bowl, sprinkle a little salt, mix them well, and leave them there for about 15 minutes. By doing this, the salt will be absorbed into the edamame as it cools down, making the edamame tastier. that is fascinating to learn so much about farming and preparing edamame. It must have been nice to have an abundance of info on edamame and a chance to eat them so deliciously.
