Let us know what frame that you decide on. I’ve been thinking of getting a custom from a smaller builder but I’m not going to getting a new frame until later this year or maybe next year.

@@hardmtnbiker interested in the Manzanita Hardtail Party reviewed and there’s is an option for sliding dropouts. I’ll be PCS’ing in a few months so the frame I decide will depend on the area I end up at.

@@houstonmadlin5957 yep, you want to have a bike that matches the local trails you ride the most.

Great video. What other 853 steel frames have you ridden besides the Sir9? My 2019 853 steel double butted spot rocker is my favorite hardtail. I run it both geared and SS. I love it so much I own two. It’s very supple. I’m contemplating getting a ti turner nitrous hardtail but I can’t imagine it’s as comfortable as my spot rocker. Thoughts?

Great video. Do you notice a weight difference between your titanium and steel frames?

Yes, my Ti bikes are at least a pound or more lighter than my steel bikes
