Most of them will not be accepted and be deported back to their home countries title 8 is still in affect which has worse penalties than title 42. They are human beings and suffering. Some will get in and work on our farms , restaurants , construction doing jobs most of us will not do. I know lots of good hardworking Hispanic migrant s. I work on a large tomato farm. We could not grow tomatoes without migrant workers.

well understand that LEGALLY, there's no consequences for those people other than kicking them back to Mexico, no jail, no prosecution, nothing under Title 42 cuz it is the public health and wellbeing law, not immigration. On the otherhand, Title 8 IS the immigration law, and so therefore, there's legal consequences such as deportation, a sanction ban from entry for at least 5 years or even for life, even jail time if done so multiple times without going through the proper channels, Title 8 not really "less effective" than Title 42, but the text of Title 42 (42 USC 265) is mere used only temporarily (as is), but Title 8 (8 USC 1182) is build for permanent standing under US Law. There are laws in place to only allow a certain number of immigrants into the country each year- and ANYONE seeking asylum must be held in captivity until their case is adjudicated PERIOD. Also, asylum seekers are supposed to seek asylum in the FIRST safe country they enter- which is NOT THE USA.
