When they get together socially they greet each other doing wrestling shiet lol . And the level of competitiveness among them is insane . @@MirzaAmin That is a plausible theory but we can't throw up our hands and say we can't do what they're doing. No, the US finds a way you can train in Colorado at altitude, but you make a good point. There are many aspects to their success but one of the greatest is that they are doing this just about from the time they can walk, and they are from places where there aren't many opportunities so to devote your life to wrestling from that young makes sense to them. Don't worry about food or shelter as long as you keep winning. That kind of survival mode is hard to deal with and duplicate.

Islam has the better boxing and footwork but Usman kicks are on another level compared to Islam he’s got the Yiar Rodriguez style of kicks. Their wreaking ofc Islam being older and more physically strong is gonna be better in that department but he’s Khabib Cuzco so he definitely can do everything in the book on the ground as well he is so smart and calm for his age can’t wait until Usman gets to the UFC! For now it’s Islam time 🥷🏾

Very technical fight, Usman reminds me of Israel Adesanya but with a threat of takedown in the close range. Patricky simply cant start anything because whenever he is in range Usman shut it down with a takedown. Considering the opponent they fought & how they finish, I rate Islam Makachev higher. But at 24 yo, Usman are better.

Usman v Islam would be the greatest lightweight fight of all time. But don't think it will happen. Usman will come to UFC when Islam vacates the title. So if and when Usman comes over to the UFC, might not be as good as Islam against way better guys, maybe he never comes over, we'll see. But I agree, at the moment, it`s a bit silly to compare.

I think the biggest difference is Islam did a lot more Combat Sambo and Freestyle Wrestling, and Usman and Umar started doing Muay Thai really young. Usman is definitely better on the feet, but Islam mauls him on the ground. Islam is way bigger though, he could move up to welterweight, and Usman could easily cut to 145.

The part of this video where you are comparing the long time friendship between khabib and Islam and being cousins with Umar and Usman, just so you know. In the religion of Islam, if khabib had his biological brother, Islam M, Umar and Usman in fron of him all in some kind of trouble. Khabib has to choose to help his biological brother first.
