It looks way better on the Diablo for sure, like they designed that way. I can see how its a more refined design. I have always found Milwaukee with in spec of most general hole sawing. They aren't challenging any forstner bits or annular cutters for clean hole cutting, but they are tough. It's a good observation you made. The paint wear seems more even on the diablos too. I have all Milwaukee hole saws some real old and some new, but as an electrician I don't often see the effects of the lack of precision. When I have done wood working I certainly have and had to clean them up with a router.
