In this Restorative Movement practice, we recall the oceanic breath technique, we create pictures about how to travel through the breath, and most importantly we practice the kindness of self-talk with simple loving phrases using a self-soothing voice.
Prepare your space with a chair and a strap, belt, or scarf.
