This exercise is great for using when you are having an active episode of dizziness, whenever activities provoke some of your symptoms, or just as a daily practice. This technique will reduce stress chemicals in your brain, which helps reduce sensations of dizziness. This exercise also helps teach your brain to stop responding with alarm chemicals to sensations of dizziness.. Over time, this can help reduce the intensity and frequency of your episodes.
Note: this exercise is not intended for use if you are having an active episode of severe vertigo associated with a medical condition like Meniere's Disease, vestibular migraine or BPPV. However, if you have interstitial symptoms (or sensations of dizziness, fatigue or anxiety) between attacks, this exercise may be helpful to you. I normally don't leave comments on youtube videos, but I felt the urge to share my experience. I'm grateful for the free course, youtube videos, and vestibular exercise programs. I'm seeing a huge difference in how I respond to signals that my body has been sending me. I used to push through and ignore it because I strived to be an overachiever all my life. I used to put constant pressure on myself plus dealing with grief was the recipe for my chronic neural disorder. My chronic dizziness has decreased since starting the course. Before starting the course, I would say my symptoms were a 10 (horrible, panic attacks each day, fear of dying, floating/dizziness 24/7), and now it's a 4 and I still have not completed the course (just yet ). I can't wait to report back once I'm fully healed, which I know I will be someday. Thank you so much, Dr. for the resources.

I have vertigo for 2 years straight. Its all the time is that normal? It never goes away and i have constant panic attacks and always having heart palpations idk what to do?! I'm scared of dying. Can anyone help.

I did this and randomly started balling about my dad and sister who passed away. All I was focusing on was my lower back .. what is this feeling ?
