I think this is how i breathe, i force exhale by kinda hunching like that. And i feel like i breathe into my upper back and my back is huge and hunch. Is there a way to make the back of the ribcage smaller? I feel like thats my problem. My lungs are always inhaled and trying to exhale. So because i cant fully do the exhale i also cant do the inhale. Shallow breathing as a result.

So I HV a narrow Isa and ur saying do the reach at about 90 degrees but what if you can't keep your pecs relaxed during the movement ?

Try elevating the surface. That can reduce pec activity

but what if your lower ribs don't move upwards in inhale at first, at least not in bucket handle manner

Same issue Zac ,upon inhale my left side moves upward far more better than the right side . I'm at loss here
