This is excellent. I will take your advice and examine what's behind my complaining. What pops into my had is powerlessness over a particular situation that I often complain about. I'll examine what beliefs I have that produce my sense of powerlessness. I wish every one view this video.

This is suuch an interesting topic so thank you for explaining it so clearly. I made a note to not complain so much after hearing a quote that struck with me that said “words are worlds” in that we have a role in creating our environments through our perception. Since then I make a conscious effort to not complain a lot as that’s just reinforcing a negative perception of my life! Thank you!
