I recommend cleaning the filter monthly once if you're using it frequently. This way you can reduce the dust accumulation in the condenser part. Removing the entire AC is not recommended unless otherwise needed. Removing the entire AC will lead to gas leaks and some other failures not on the same day but earlier soon.

Actually this is the right process. While this process there may be possible of gas leak little bit. Once they fit back to original , technician should check for gas level. Since 6 years am following this method. Recommended to do 2 years once for better performance.

· A PCB's job is to convert the AC voltage coming through your wall outlet into DC voltage that can be used by your devices and appliances. In my case PCB of OG failed and fan did not work and the technician told me that the fan motor failed and it was replaced. New fan motor did not work. Then they checked PCB No DC supply from PCB which was replaced as it was within warranty period. I unnecessarily paid RS 3700 for fan motor ! Had they checked PCB earlier I would not have incurred a loss of money It happened last year
