17:54 another way to help with pressing Q too early before W is to use the sound queues. I’ve found it really helpful to go into practice tool and place a dummy a good distance away, press W on it, then close my eyes and purely use the audio as a queue to press Q. Base skins and most others have a grunting noise, Moo Cow Alistar has a more distinct “moo” sound. Something to keep in mind if you’re finding yourself smacking the ground and getting hit with those question mark pings! Great guide as always Coach!

Does WQF inherit the buffering from WQ? Like if I press WQ (wait for W animation) F, will the Q still go through or do I need to go W (wait for W animation) QF?

yes, that's why the w into q flash is possible at any time in the combo.

What do you think about alternating your q&w level ups so that your w>q combo is up more often? They both have the same cool down at equivalent ranks

I think shorter Q cooldown is better. After initial combo, it’s likely you’re staying within melee range and really want to find the next Q, rather than the next combo. Although I have not tested that out! Feel free to experiment.

Celerity should just be better to scale nimbus trailblazer mobis waterwalking etc. trailblazer mobis zekes for roaming identity, zekes lucidity locket for peeling identity is a decent start!

Bone plating still one of the worst runes it lasts only 1.5 sec and is not really worth it in most matchups. Also very long cd
