You have to ungate the products on your own. The prep center is just that, a “prep center”. They prepare products to ship for your customers.

If you do FBA, get a Prep Center in a state with no general statewide sales tax, mine is in Oregon. When you add the prep center address as shipping address the store will not add sales tax.

You can actually start with a domestic company. When you sell over $10k a month, you will need insurance, and that's when you need an LLC and an EIN. That's how I did it from Sweden

Yes, remove the listing if it's not replenishable, to avoid IP complaints. It doesn't hurt you IPI. It doesn't cost you anything to go OOS.

Depends on the site. Some things that help are PayPal checkout, virtual cards, and address jigging. But if they are still cancelling everything I just move to a site that wants my money
