Hey there, Thank you for all the Champion guides. Previously I've watched Nautilus and Rell as I started playing them and the guides are really useful. Bard is my main champion at some point I was pretty much an otp. This guide covers a lot of very useful things and even had something I wasn't aware of. I especially love the 1% section of your guides. I'm most likely going to watch the rest of your Champion guides aswell and I'm very much looking forward to future guides.

One tip for knowing when the stasis will end is looking at the center of their body and there wil be an animation where some sparks will gather just before it ends (once you see it you'll know what I mean). They will also be stunned during your ult and you can see a bar showing how long it will last. However don't rely on this because tenacity will reduce this stun duration which be misleading from the actual stasis duration.

Mr Coach, how relevant is the early lane part in season 15, especially the concept of playing as a Fog Warrior? The only other Bard guide I watched was from Lathyrus, the Bardest Bard of them all, and I noticed that he roams a lot less than you; basically only when the wave is pushing into his adc, when he just left the fountain and so on. Would you consider making a new guide if there are a lot of things that did change?

I haven't had time to play him since the changes, but if I were to theorize I would say: - Place more emphasis on chaining chimes from the side of the map to mid from base; don't randomly collect any during laning phase - W changes are nice but I'm not sure this would change anything in particular. Maybe you can play around with W start in tough matchups, place a couple right away in lane and base. Or hold onto them more in the mid-late game so you can double heal someone out of position Would have to play around with it though!

I recently watched a bard guide from a one-trick challenger (i cannot remember his name) that mentioned that after the nerfs, guardian is not the go-to anymore. Do you agree with this statement, and are there any pointers in this guide that may have been changed since you posted this guide?

First point is that there aren't great alternatives. Not a fan of fleet, and electrocute is quite risky. Second point is that it's not just about guardian but the entire resolve tree that Bard loves. So I would be running a very similar rune setup to this video still!

This is largely up to date, although since side wave minions early one got faster: it's less about roaming at level 3 and more about sustaining the shove early for as long as possible before you have to roam.

Figured I should ask because I didn't see you mention it and it used to be a popular item on Bard. Is there ever a situation you would buy Rapid Fire Cannon on Bard? I know part of the idea of it was it let you get passive slow on long range enemies in mid/late game like Azir, Corki, Ezreal. While providing move speed and some damage.

It's hard to quantify, but he has so much utility that doesn't fall off with numbers; mobility and stasis are always game changing. Also his infinitely scaling passive helps.

All good and well coach, but my bot partner(s) don't look your vids and mindlessly push hard and chase kills :D have no clue about wave management or what Bard tries to do, if you leave them alone in lane for 5 secs they panic and call you a noob and If you only dare to look at minions they scream their lungs out !!!!!! Decent guide for beginners, but sadly does not really cover bards unique playstyle with runes and items. This might technically be the best build, but its also the most boring. Comet, fleet, and even electrocute are all viable and can be strong. Same with most mythics. Honestly expected more from a almost 2hour video. Stick to lathyrus guide for a little bit more in depth.
