Hey for question 48, NBME and Amboss says to provide reassurance in there is absence of hematuria in the setting of trauma, as the trauma is not likely related to intrinsic renal pathology rather the bruised flank is due to local flank trauma (Hence absence of hematuria)

In min 9:26 NAHCO3 is to treat cardivascular toxicity, Can correct QRS prolongation, reverse hypotension and treat ventricular arrythmias. TCAs are weak acids and NAHCO3 alkalize urine.
